JOE BOXER RETURN POLICY
Need to return a purchase? Download, print, and complete our return form, and include it with your return shipment. To be eligible for a refund, items must be new, unworn and with original packaging and tags.
We process refunds within one business week of receiving your return. Your refund will be deposited using the same payment method you used, minus any shipping charges, and you’ll receive email confirmation of the refund from our Joe Boxer customer service team. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days for credit card or bank return processing, because that stuff just takes longer.
OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
We do not accept returns after 60 days.
We only take back products purchased from joeboxer.ca.
If you purchased Joe Boxer products at a retail outlet, follow up there to work out any returns. Please note that return policies vary from retailer to retailer.
This probably seems obvious but… we may refuse your return if it doesn’t meet the guidelines stated above and/or shows any sign of wear. Our customer service team will contact you if that happens.
