SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For residents of British Columbia & Maritimes order by Dec. 11, Alberta & Saskatchewan by Dec. 14, Manitoba, Quebec & Rural Ontario by Dec. 18, Toronto/GTA by Dec. 21.

Orders placed after December 21, 2023 will be shipped January 8, 2024

All orders over $75 are shipped for free. If your order is under $75 before tax and after discounts, there is a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

Standard shipping by courier and Canada Post, depending on location

Currently, due to COVID-19, shipping of orders may be delayed. Generally, we promise to process all orders within 2 business days, and ground orders can be expected to arrive within 7 business days, excluding holidays. Please note, it may take longer to arrive at remote locations.

Because an eGift Card doesn’t have to be shipped (we email it right to you), it’s not included in the $75+ free shipping promotion.

After you make your purchase, your eGift Card will be sent to the email address you specified. All you have to do is forward the email with your eGift Card to the recipient, and they can spend it however they’d like.

Click the View Your eGift Card button in your email and copy and paste your code into the Promo section when you check out.

Joe Boxer eGift Cards can only be used online at joeboxer.ca.

If your package isn’t what you expected – don’t worry, it happens to the best of us – you can return it for a full refund (minus the shipping cost) within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be new, unworn and with original packaging and tags.

Contact us by email custserv@caulfeild.com during business hours before receiving your shipment confirmation email and our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note, once your confirmation email is sent, your package will be on the way and we will be unable to cancel it.

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing returns. Your refund will be deposited using the same payment method you used, minus any shipping charges, and you’ll receive email confirmation of the refund from our customer service team. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days for credit card or bank return processing, because that stuff just takes longer. We appreciate your patience. 

Unfortunately, we are currently only accepting returns of items that were originally purchased on joeboxer.ca.  

Joe Boxer eGift Cards are non-refundable.
