All orders over $75 are shipped for free. If your order is under $75 before tax and after discounts, there is a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

Currently, due to COVID-19, shipping of orders may be delayed. Generally, we promise to process all orders within 2 business days, and ground orders can be expected to arrive within 7 business days, excluding holidays. Please note, it may take longer to arrive at remote locations.
If your package isn’t what you expected – don’t worry, it happens to the best of us – you can return it for a full refund (minus the shipping cost) within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, products must be new, unworn and with original packaging and tags.

Contact us by email email@example.com during business hours before receiving your shipment confirmation email and our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note, once your confirmation email is sent, your package will be on the way and we will be unable to cancel it.
Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in processing returns. Your refund will be deposited using the same payment method you used, minus any shipping charges, and you’ll receive email confirmation of the refund from our customer service team. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days for credit card or bank return processing, because that stuff just takes longer. We appreciate your patience.
