Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada only.

Shipping rates

Orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate of $9.95. eGift Cards are delivered by email and do not count toward the free-shipping minimum.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, by courier or Canada Post depending on your location. Ground orders usually arrive within 7 business days, excluding holidays. Remote locations may take longer. Seasonal shipping deadlines are posted in the banner at the top of our site.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us before you receive your shipping confirmation. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@joeboxer.ca and we will make it right.
